b. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Albania: 1–3 working days

  • Kosovo: 2–5 working days

  • European Countries: 5–12 working days (depending on postal service and customs processing)

Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays, high-demand periods, or due to customs delays.


c. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number from the courier.

2. Order Processing
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday.

  • Orders placed during weekends or official holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
    Silea is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or missing contact details.

3. Returns Policy

a. No Returns – All Sales Are Final

Silea.al does NOT accept returns or exchanges. All purchases are final sale.

b. Faulty or Incorrect Items
